Proud!

Proud! follows a young girl as she struggles to find her own identity, as she feels caught between two races. She explores and uncovers self-acceptance and learns to be “proud to just be me”. I would like for the film to be seen as more than just the black and white tale that it told and I hope this message also extends to anyone who has found themselves feeling this way - regardless of the race/culture. I know from my own experiences that identity can be hard, especially growing up. I want other people to be able to walk with their heads held high and be to Proud! to be who you are. Embrace this!
